Halal Science & Management Program
Halal Science And Management Program (HSMP) is a professional proficiency program aimed to produce skilled and semi-skilled workforce that can meet the current global needs of halal industry.
HSMP is a holistic program that embed all the skills and knowledge required to become a competent halal industry player. The module encompasses scope such as Shariah, management and science that are important in analyzing and mitigating halal risk throughout the halal supply chain.
Halal Science and Management Program from RQuest Convergent (RQC) consists of 4 sub-programmes: Halal Practitioner Program (Food, Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic), Halal Science Analyst Program, Islamic Hygiene Practice Program (Laboratory, Kitchen, Manufacturing – Food and Pharma, Premise, Truck and Shipping Container) and Professional Halal Auditor/Trainer Program.
HSMP will help you to develop a comprehensive soft skill and technical competencies in Halal aspect which is necessary for all trading and industries across the entire supply chain.
Halal Practitioner Program
Halal Practitioner Program is a program designed for people who directly implement, manage and monitor the activity of Halal. This program is designed in a structure that addresses essential skill sets required in Halal management stemming from the operator, executive to the top level.
This program consists of 3 categories with 5 levels: Foundation Course (Level 1-2), Advance Course (Level 3-4) & Master Course (Level 5). These modules will be conducted through modular session which gives flexibility for the industry players to plan their time to fit into suitable training courses. Foundation and Advance Courses are pre-requisite programmes prior to Master Course. Each session shall be conducted through lectures, hands-on practical workshop in laboratory, case study discussion and assessment. In
-house program is also available.
Halal Practitioner Program from RQC covers the scopes of Food, Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic industries.
Islamic Hygiene Practice Program
Islamic Hygiene Practice Program the process of cleaning and hygiene practice. This training is cater not only to people who are responsible to conduct vprocess, but also open to audience who would like to understand the practice of Islamic hygiene in a scientific and systematic manners.
The program covers on the fundamental concept of Islamic Hygiene Practice, the integration of SERTU/SAMAK process into current hygiene practice, tools, technologies and standard operating procedures of SERTU/SAMAK within the scope of laboratory, food manufacturing, premise, kitchen and logistic.
These modules will be conducted through two methods; either in modular session by Level 1-Level 3, or to be conducted in 3 -day full session. Each session shall be conducted through lectures and hands-on practical classes.
Halal Science Analyst Program
Halal Science Analyst Program is a program designed to address the training need analysis on halal and science. This training is focused not only on science study but also on other discipline, particularly in halal industry practice and Syariah studies.
The program is developed to elucidate and educate participants on the relation of halal and science and how these two major elements are interconnecting each other to complete the landscape of Halal Ecosystem. It covers the overview of halal science and testing, halal authentication principle, integration of halal laboratory management into quality management and its relations to halal industry needs.
This program is structure d into 2 categories with 4 levels: Halal Science Awareness (Level 1) and Halal Science Practice (Level 2-4). These modules will be conducted through modular session which give flexibility for the industry player to plan their time to fit into the training courses. Each session shall be conducted through lectures, hands-on practical workshop in laboratory, case study discussion and assessment. Upon completion of all four levels, participants will be awarded a certificate of completion as
Certified Halal Science Analyst.
